| Frances Elaine (Fran) Baum is Professor and Head of the Department of Public Health at Flinders University of South Australia. Has also been Director f the South Australian Community Health Research Unit. Baum has published extensively on aspects of Healthy Cities projects and has been involves in Healthy Cities research and training since the early 1990s. |
