McKenzie, John Alexander (1947 - )

John Alexander McKenzie is Dean of the Faculty of Science at the University of Melbourne. He has headed significant genetic research projects throughout his career, has produced over 110 publications to his name and is a long-term member and one-time Treasurer and President of the Genetics Society of Australia (GSA). John McKenzie was appointed a Fellow of the Australian Academy of Science (FAA) and is currently Secretary (Education & Public Awareness) at the Academy.
