Born Wannagul, Victoria, 29 January 1910. Died Melbourne, 6 August 1947. Educated University of Melbourne (BEE 1932, MEE 1941). Engineer, State Electricity Commission of Victoria 1932-39, 1945-46; Australian Army Design Directorate 1940-45.
