Pasteur, Louis (1822 - 1895)

Born: 27 December 1822  France.  Died: 28 September 1895.
Louis Pasteur is known for his work in stereochemistry and the heat treatment of fluids. He also developed the use of vaccines for the eradication of rabies, anthrax and chicken cholera.
