From here you can search the Wellcome Institute's catalogue, visit the US National Library of Medicine, History of Medicine Division, or view an exhibition of scientific instruments. This facility is maintained by ASAP for the international research community.

Soc.History.Science Newsgroup
The soc.history.science newsgroup was recently established to provide a forum for discussion of the history of science in the broad sense: including the history of the physical sciences, history of the biological sciences, history of the social sciences, history of medicine, history of technology, history of mathematics, philosophy of science, and related areas.
