[Conferences logo] Science, Technology & Human Values

The Sciences in Society Centre at Deakin University (Geelong Campus) is organising a Section at The Australian Sociological Association (TASA) Conference to be held on the Geelong campus from 7th to 10th December 1994. In keeping with the overall theme of the Conference the theme of the Section will be: 'Science, Technology & Human Values'.

Papers are sought from scholars working in the areas of History, Philosophy or Sociology of Science whose research fits this broad theme, and who consider that their proposed contribution will be of interest to TASA members.
