Born Dublin, Ireland, 2 May 1863; died London, England, 26 August 1931. Education Glasgow University (1879-81). Pupil engineer, 1881-84. Assistant, Electric Light & Telephone Co., Ireland, 1884-85. Superintendent of telephones and telegraphs, W.A., 1886-94; W.A. government electrical engineer, 1894-1920. Honorary radiographer, Perth Hospital, 1898-1920; consultant radiographer 1920-31.
