McCaffrey, Francis (Frank) (1865 - 1932)

 
Dairy expert
Born: 1865  Kiama, New South Wales, Australia.  Died: 1932.
Francis (Frank) McCaffrey was invovled in many aspects of the New South Wales dairy industry. He ran farms in Illawarra and Macleay; manged the Wauchope Butter Factory; was a member of the Government's Travellign Dairy; and worked at Lismore Creamery. He moved to Queensland and managed Waugh & Josephenson and established dairying at Talgai West, Darling Downs.
