Born: 12 September 1828  Wilshamstead, Bedfordshire, United Kingdom.  Died: 2 November 1883  Brighton, Essex, United Kingdom.
(Sir) William Morgan had a significant political career in South Australia. He is thought to have patented 'An improvement in metallurgy for extracting nickel and cobalt from their ores' in 1874.
