Allen Brundrett was manager of the highly successful rose breeding business Brundrett's Roses from the late 1920s. The nursery had been established some twenty years earlier by his father Sam. Allen continued to produce roses which were ideally suited to the Australian environment. His son Bruce eventually took over the business which after more than 100 years is no longer operating. |
