Withnall, Gordon

Inventor
Gordon Withnall invented the Super Sopper in 1974 at the age of 80. The Super Sopper is like a giant rolling sponge which is used world wide at sporting venues to soak up water from grounds so that play can continue. He began inventing at an early age. At age seven he helped invent the first skateboard which was used in the pearling industry and at age 12 the first electric egg incubator.
