Anaesthetist
Born: 9 December 1925.  Died: 7 June 2006.
(Sir) Brian Eric Dwyer was one of Australia's most respected and influential aneaesthetists who pioneered the local development of the profession. He was Director of the Department of Anaesthetics at St. Vincent’s Hospital, Sydney from 1955 to 1985. received international recognition as a pioneer in the field of chronic pain management
