Cowan, Ian Roy (1931 - )

Ian Roy Cowan was Emeritus Professor of Environmental Biology at the Research School of Biological Sciences at the Australian National University in Canberra. He was a Fellow of the Australian Academy of Science, the Institute of Physics, the Australian Institute of Physics and the Royal Meteorological Society. Cowan was also a member of the Australian Society of Plant Physiology and of the British Society of Soils Science.
