Murray, Noel William (1928 - 2001)

Engineer
Born: 5 November 1928  Brighton, South Australia, Australia.  Died: 2 January 2001.
Noel William Murray was professor of structural engineering at Monash University, Victoria, for almost forty years. He was a member of the coroner's committee investigating the collapse of Melbourne's West Gate Bridge in 1970 and later tested full scale sections of the bridge and advised on aspects of its redesign.
