Fatin, Wendy Frances (1941 - )

Born: 10 April 1941  Harvey, Western Australia, Australia
Wendy Frances Fatin became a registered nurse in 1962. She later gained a Bachelor of Applied Science (Nursing) from the Western Australian Institute of Technology (WAIT). After working as a ministerial advisor in the 1970s, Fatin was elected to the House of Representatives in 1983. She served as Minister for Local Government (1990-1991), Minister assisting the Prime Minister for the Status of Women (1990-1993) and Minister for Arts and Territories (1991-1993). She retired prior to the general election in March 1996.
