Beauvais, Charles Frederick

Born: England
Charles Frederick Beauvais emigrated to Melbourne in 1937. He worked for General Motors Holden designing customised vehicles and contributed futurist drawings and articles to the Argus newspaper eg. "The Car of the Future". Beauvais created a model of the City of the Future in 1947. He established his own industrial design company in Sydney.
