Metallurgist

Raymond L. Woodward and M.E. de Morton led work on penetration mechanics at the Department of Defence Maribyrnong laboratories about the early 1970s. Studies included laminates of metals and non-metals, reactive armour and spaced armour.

He produced a number of publications on penetration mechanics between 1981 and 1992.
