| Angus David McEwan was Chief, CSIRO Division of Oceanography from 1981 until about 1995. He then moved to the Bureau of Meteorology as Senior Science Advisor (Oceanography). His interest is in geophysical fluid dynamics, particularly the processes of the atmosphere and ocean such as fronts, waves, convection, stratified and rotating flows, and the quasi-biennial oscillation. |
