Born: 7 April 1935

Lawrence Walter Nichol was Vice-Chancellor (1988 - 1993) and Emeritus Professor at the Australian National University. He is a Fellow of both the Australian Academy of Science and the Australian Society for Biochemistry and Molecular Biology.
