Born: 24 June 1913.  Died: 1993.
Ian Bowman Fleming was director of the project that led to the successful development of JINDIVIK, an unmanned target aircaft, around 1950. He was educated at the Universities of Sydney (BE) and Cambridge (MSc) and was appointed an Officer of the Order of the British Empire (OBE).
