McIntosh, Alan Gaius Ramsay (1942 - )

Born: 17 January 1942  Sydney, New South Wales, Australia
Alan Gaius R. McIntosh is Professor of Mathematics at the Australian National University's Centre for Mathematics and its Applications. He was Head of the Centre from 1999 to 2004 and has held numerous prestigious posts throughout Australia and overseas. McIntosh's research has covered Kato problems, Dirac operators and Hardy space and has resulted in over seventy publications and numerous invited lectures and conference presentations.
