Harold Leslie Morgan joined the Phosphate Co-operative Co. of Australia Ltd in 1927 as Technical Assistant to the Founder and General Manager during the construction of the Company's works at North Shore, Geelong. He rose to become General Manager in 1939 and a Director in 1952, both of which positions he held until his death. |

Served on the Commonwealth Sulphuric Acid Committee during World War II. |
