Grigg, Ernest Christopher Milner (1922 - 1984)

 
Chemist and Science educator
Born: 1922.  Died: 29 June 1984.
Ernest Christopher M. Grigg rose from assistant lecturer in chemistry at the University of Queensland in 1946 to senior lecturer, a position he held at the time of his death. He had a particular interest in research in chemical education. Grigg was the first Australian to receive the Blackbourne Medal for outstanding contributions to world-wide chemical education (1975).
