Dreverman, Jack (1887 - 1953)

Born: 23 July 1887  Bairnsdale, Victoria, Australia.  Died: 19 August 1953.
Jack Dreverman was Works Chemist at the Mortlake Works of the Australian Gas Light Company from 1915 to 1952. He was a leading influence behind the introduction of scientific control into the gas industry in Australia.

Career Highlights
Born Bairnsdale, Victoria, 23 July 1887. Died 19 August 1953. Educated Bairnsdale School of Mines (metallurgy). Lecturer in metallurgy, Bairnsdale School of Mines 1907-10, Works Manager at Woolwich, Radium Hill Company 1910-15, Works Chemist, Mortlake Works, Australian Gas Light Company 1915-52.
