Cheuychit, Pradit (1926 - 1988)

 
Organic chemist
Born: 9 February 1926  Uttaradit, Thailand.  Died: 12 November 1988  Bangkok, Thailand.
Pradit Cheuychit obtained his PhD at the University of Adelaide. He held various academic and non-academic posts in Thailand, ending his career as scientific adviser to the Thai Prime Minister.

Career Highlights
Born Uttaradit, Thailand, 9 February 1926. Died Bangkok, 12 November 1988. Educated Chulalongkorn University (BSc 1951, Dip Ed ca 1952) and University of Adelaide (PhD 1964). Demonstrator, Military Academy, assistant lecturer, University of Medical Sciences 1959-60, Colombo Plan student, Organic Chemistry Department, University of Adelaide 1960-63, Prince of Songkla University, becoming Vice-Rector, Applied Scientific Research Corporation of Thailand, Bangkok, scientific adviser to the Thai Prime Minister.
