Born: 3 December 1902  Mt Lyell, Tasmania, Australia.  Died: 30 June 1966  Luanceston, Tasmania, Australia.
Francis William Beamish was lecturer in chemistry and metallurgy at Launceston Technical College from 1947.

Lyell Company, Queenstown, part-time teacher, Queenstown Technical College during World War II, lecturer in chemistry and metallurgy, Launceston Technical College from 1947.
