Williams, Fanny Eleanor (1890? - 1963)

Pathologist and Bacteriologist
Fanny Eleanor Williams was one of the first three staff members of the Walter and Eliza Hall Institute of Medical Research. She was responsible for the training and control of technicians.

Trained as a nurse, Adelaide Children's Hospital, pathology department, Adelaide Hospital, pathology laboratory, 3 Australian General Hospital, Lemnos, Australian Army Nursing Service 1914-18, Walter and Eliza Hall Institute of Medical Research 1919 (?)-57.
