Scott, Thomas (1800 - 1855)

Born: 1800.  Died: 1855  Earlston, Tasmania, Australia.
Thomas Scott was a surveyor in Tasmania. He named Deloraine and published a plan of Launceston in 1832.

Career Highlights
Arrived in Hobart Town 1820, superintendent of government stock 1820-21, assistant surveyor 1821-30, senior assistant surveyor 1830-38, then devoted himself to his own land and business interests.
