Reynolds, Eric Charles

 
Eric Charles Reynolds is Head and Professor of Dental Science at the University of Melbourne. He led a research team that developed a milk protein derivative called anti-cariogenic casein phosphopeptides (ACPP), the only agent other than fluoride known to inhibit dental caries.
