Onslow, Arthur Alexander Walton (1833 - 1882)

Born: 2 August 1833  Trichinopoly, India.  Died: 31 January 1882  Menangle, New South Wales, Australia.
Arthur Alexander W. Onslow was with the "Herald" during the survey of Shark Bay, Torres Strait and the Barrier Reef 1857-61. In 1874 he went with his cousin W.J. Macleay (qv) in the "Chevert" to explore the New Guinea coast.
