Born: 12 May 1913  Wales.  Died: 15 July 2005  Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.
Victor David Hopper was Professor of Physics, RAAF Academy, University of Melbourne 1961-78. He had earlier taught physics at the University of Western Australia 1939 and at the University of Melbourne 1940-61.
