Born: 11 August 1874  Mount Gambia, South Australia, Australia.  Died: 15 November 1951  Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.
Edward Alexander Mann became Government Analyst in Western Australia in 1895 and in 1902 Agricultural Chemist. He left this position in 1921 to become a politician and later a broadcaster with the Australian Broadcasting Commission.
