Gould, Ellen Julia (1860 - 1941)

Born: 29 March 1860  Aberystruth, Monmouthshire, Wales.  Died: 19 July 1941  Neutral Bay, New South Wales, Australia.
Ellen Julia Gould was Matron and Superintendent of the training school of Sydney Hospital from 1891-1898 . In 1900 she was appointed Lady Superintendent with the newly formed Army Nursing Service.
