Watt, Robert Dickie (1881 - 1965)

Born: 23 April 1881  Knocklandside, Ayrshire, Scotland.  Died: 10 April 1965  Sydney, New South Wales, Australia.
(Sir) Robert Dickie Watt was the first Professor of Agriculture and Dean of the Faculty of Agriculture, University of Sydney 1910-46. After retirement he did research on Australian agricultural history and published "The romance of the Australian land industries" (1955).
