Born: 4 October 1925  Adelaide, South Australia, Australia.  Died: 9 August 2005  Adelaide, South Australia, Australia.
Renfrey Burnard Potts was Chair and Professor of Applied Mathematics at the University of Adelaide from 1959-90. Prior to that he lectured at the University of Toronto in Canada (1958-1959) and from 1951 to 1957 (excluding a short stint in the United States of America) was again at the University of Adelaide. He is interested in operations research and transportation science.
