Topp, Charles Alfred (1847 - 1932)

Born: 22 March 1847  Huddersfield, Yorkshire, England.  Died: 13 July 1932  Malvern, Victoria, Australia.
Charles Alfred Topp was Head of the Teacher Training College, Melbourne 1889-90 and chairman of the Board of Public Health, Melbourne 1890-94. He also wrote several papers on natural history subjects.
