Born: 1839 Ulladulla, New South Wales. Died: 1882. | |
Henry Kendall was a struggling poet, whose employment history is sporadic. He worked as a storekeeper in the timber business of William and Joseph Fagan 1875-81 then, due to the influence of Henry Parkes, a lifelong friend, he was appointed Inspector of State Forests in New South Wales 1881-82. The town of Kendall on the North Coast of New South Wales is named after him. |
