Electrical engineer

H. Freeman played an important role in developing a Traffic Dispersion Recorder in Sydney, using some techniques from the American automatic toll ticketing equipment, to record details of the destinations and origins of a sample of calls from individual step by step exchanges. This was done to establish network design parameters.
