Boyle, Robert Alexander (1898 - 1977)

Born: 1898  Queensland, Australia.  Died: 1977.
Robert Alexander Boyle was a fertiliser advisory officer in both Australia and New Zealand and was a joint editor with Professor L J Teakle of the textbook "Fertilizers for the Farm & Garden".

Career Highlights
Born Queensland, 1898. Died 1977. British Empire Medal, World War I. Educated University of Queensland (BSc 1916, MSc 1920). British Ministry of Munitions 1914-18, sugar cane farmer, Burnett River, fertiliser advisory officer, Melbourne, coopted as a fertiliser rationing officer during World War II. Foundation Member, Royal Australian Chemical Institute, Foundation member, Australian Institute of Agricultural Science and Victorian Branch President 1944.
