Born: 1910 Graz, Austria. Died: 1995. | |
Kurt Gottlieb worked at the Commonwealth Solar Observatory as a mechanical designer and draftsman doing optical munitions work during World War II. After the war he stayed on at the Observatory, later renamed Mount Stromlo Observatory, where he was made a Research Fellow and placed in charge of the workshops. |
