Waterson, John Gabriel (1924 - 1993)

 
Dental scientist
Born: 18 April 1924  Adelaide?, South Australia, Australia.  Died: 15 June 1993.
John Gabriel Waterson practised as a dentist for 20 years before becoming an academic in the dental faculties of the Universities of Adelaide, Western Australia and Melbourne in turn. His final position was as a Professor of Conservative Dentistry at the University of Melbourne from 1978-82 and Professor of Restorative Dentistry from 1982-88. He held numerous positions on University, Dental Board and Dental Hospital Committees in Adelaide, Perth and Melbourne.
