Born: 18 September 1858 Dundrum, Ireland. Died: 22 May 1929 North Sydney, New South Wales, Australia.

Edward Francis Pigot was a physics teacher at the Riverview College, Sydney 1887 -92 and was the founder and Director of the Riverview College Observatory 1907-29.
