Wright, Horatio George Anthony (1827 - 1901)

Born: 1827  Maidstone, Kent, England.  Died: 14 September 1901  Sydney, New South Wales, Australia.
Horatio George A. Wright, one of the best-known doctors of inner Sydney, was an enthusiastic member of the Royal Society of New South Wales. His interests included micro-photography, astronomy, physics and sanitation. In 1874 he observed the transit of Venus with H.C. Russell.
